Catie Tweedie

Clinical Social Worker

Catie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri Columbia and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Catie is a seasoned clinical social worker with a rich background in medical social work, child welfare, and leadership. Catie serves on the mental health committee of the Go Further Foundation, responding to mental health needs in the young adult population. Throughout her career, Catie has demonstrated a deep commitment to supporting individuals through complex and challenging circumstances. 

Working with adolescents (13+), adults, and couples, Catie is dedicated to providing a space for safety, warmth, and justice to empower all individuals to function at their greatest potential. The path through emotional hardship is challenging, but the only way is through. 

Bailey Stephens

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Counseling, both from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.   

With a compassionate approach, Bailey works with adults and adolescents (ages 13 and up) to address the impact of traumatic experiences, grief and loss, and life transitions. Bailey practices from a collaborative and holistic lens that incorporates mind, body, and spirit, designed to foster change and promote healing. Bailey aims to provide a warm, supportive, and secure environment where you feel safe to explore, grow, and embark on your journey to a more fulfilling and balanced life. Bailey believes in your ability to heal and is here as a guide to help you come home to yourself. 

Bailey has specified training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support those who have experienced trauma. Additionally, she blends techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) approaches to help you feel safe and grounded in your body. Somatic Experiencing is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the mind-body connection to help individuals release the physical and emotional tension caused by trauma. Bailey is Beginner 1 trained in Somatic Experiencing.
